My name is Fatima Ellahi, a registered dietitian in Houston, TX and founder of Dietitians of Texas. Eating a healthy diet should not be difficult. I am a firm believer in creating healthy eating behaviors in realistic ways without eliminating your favorite foods (such as dessert!). I use evidenced based methods and equip my clients with the educational tools needed to reach their health goals. I completed my B.S. in nutrition at the University of Houston and my M.S. and dietetic internship at Texas Woman’s University. I have a certificate in training for obesity and weight management from the Commission on Dietetic Registration. I have experience in a variety of settings such as a nationally ranked hospital system, long term care facilities, and private practice.
